Reminder:  The emails you receive concerning shipped,overdue,unfilled items, etc.., are system generated and are not monitored by staff.  Please do not respond to emails unless they are sent by your trainer or other ODL staff.  You can contact one of us by clicking on Contact Us to the right of this page.  All trainers are listed with full contact information.  If you have responded to any of the emails that were sent to you and haven’t heard anything back, please contact us.

Our ILL office would like for you to please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  We welcome your phone calls and emails.  So if you’re having any ILL issues and have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the person who trained you.  You can find your trainer name on this blog to the right under ‘Contact Us’.  If you don’t see your library listed or can’t get in touch with your trainer, contact anyone else on that list and they should be able to help you.  We’re here for you when you need it so please don’t be shy about contacting us or think you’re bothering us.  Change is sometimes hard and we’ve tried to make this transition to the new ILL system as smooth as we can.  So please bear with us as we continue to iron out the kinks. We appreciate all your comments.

Call us when you have a problem. You can either call your trainer or Melecia or I. Melecia is 522-3473 and I’m 522-3192. We don’t want you to feel abandoned and we can’t tell if there is a problem unless you let us know. 

The title, The 5000 Year Leap: A Miracle That Changed the World, still has 8 holds on it and we’ve purchased 3 copies! so you may want to warn your patrons that they may not see it until after the 7th of January depending on where you are in the list. We’re sending it 2 weeks use so please make your patrons aware they’ll have to read fast on this one.
